No Matter What You Choose,

It Feels Like You're Failing Someone.

You don't have to figure this out alone,

From the first worrying sign to the final season.

Aging is not one moment. It is a journey — and you should not walk it alone.

When someone you love is starting to decline, it can be difficult to know what to do first, which questions to ask, or whether you are making the right decisions.

Diana Camba

Senior Care Concierge

Most people understand why you hire a wedding planner. There are dozens of decisions, different professionals involved, and details you have never had to think about before. I do something similar for the later seasons of life, from the first signs of change in a parent to the final goodbye. I help families understand what needs to happen, what questions to ask, and who they may need along the way.

Some of life’s biggest decisions happen when people feel least prepared.

As a Senior Care Concierge, I guide individuals and families through the overwhelming decisions and practical details that come with aging, caregiving, major life changes, end-of-life planning, and loss. Drawing on more than 30 years in the funeral industry, I provide clarity and steady support so people do not have to navigate difficult decisions alone. From the first sign of change to the final goodbye, and through the grief that follows, I walk beside families every step of the way.

Let's talk about what matters most to you and your family.

— Susie M.

For more than 30 years in the funeral industry, I sat across from families in different capacities, including as a Pre-Need Counselor and a Cemetery Counselor, finalizing paperwork and gathering information. For eleven of those years, I served as a Funeral Director, personally meeting with more than 1,000 families during some of the hardest hours of their lives. Again and again, I saw the difference it made when a family had already talked things through, and how overwhelming it became when they had not.

But these conversations are not only about the end of life.

They are about how you want to live as you grow older. What matters to you if your needs begin to change. Where you would want to live. Who you trust to help make decisions. What your family should know. And what you would rather decide for yourself now, instead of leaving it for someone else to figure out later.
