You Don't Have to Figure Out What Comes Next Alone.

Maybe something is changing with your parent and you're not sure how concerned you should be. Maybe you're facing end-of-life decisions, trying to find your footing after a death, or carrying a loss no one else seems to recognize.

Wherever you are in the journey, the goal is the same: understand what needs attention now, what can wait, and what your next step should be.

Below you'll find the ways I can help, what each service is designed to resolve, what's included, and what it costs.

Services Offered

Practical Guidance

For families navigating a parent’s decline, the final season, and the practical period after a death.

Family Clarity Plan — $495

Get clear about what is happening, what deserves attention now, and what your family should do next.

When something is changing with a parent but you're not sure whether you're overreacting, or where to begin, this one-time planning session helps you sort through the situation and leave with clear priorities and next steps.

What's Included:

  • One private Clarity Conversation, up to 90 minutes.

  • A concise, personalized Family Overview: current concerns, priorities, what can wait, questions and conversations to have, resources, and next steps.

  • One follow-up call, up to 30 minutes.

This engagement is complete after the follow-up call.

It does not include ongoing access or coordination.

The What Comes Next™ Plan  — $2,495 / 90 Days

Stop guessing your way from one decision to the next.
Over 90 days, we'll turn the questions, changes and uncertainty surrounding your parent's decline into a clear path forward, so you know what needs attention now, what may be coming next, and you don't have to navigate it alone.

What's Included:

  • An in-depth opening conversation and a personalized, written What Comes Next Plan.

  • Three private follow-up conversations over the 90 days.

  • Reasonable email and text clarification between sessions, within standard business hours.

  • Questions and conversation preparation, along with resource and professional referrals.

  • A final review to consolidate next steps.

The Camba Concierge Clarity Commitment

My goal is for you to leave the initial planning process understanding what needs attention now, what can wait, and what your next steps are. If you still feel unclear, I will provide an additional clarification conversation at no charge.

No guarantees are made regarding medical outcomes, crisis prevention, placement, sibling cooperation,

legal or estate outcomes, grief resolution, emotional timelines, or other circumstances outside Diana’s control.

Private Family Concierge  — $5,479 / 90 Days

Have someone beside you when the situation has become too complicated to carry alone.
For families dealing with multiple decisions, moving pieces or changing needs, this provides sustained guidance and selected hands-on support through the season you're facing.

What's Included:

  • An in-depth opening family meeting and personalized plan.

  • Six scheduled private conversations over the 90 days.

  • Reasonable phone, text, and email access during business hours.

  • Selected hands-on coordination, research, family-meeting preparation, referrals, and follow-up.

  • Signature accompaniment to funeral-home arrangements if a parent dies during the engagement.

This is a high-touch engagement, not an unlimited one.

It does not include 24/7 crisis response or unlimited coordination.

Immediate-Need Funeral Home Support  — $750

Walk into the funeral home prepared—and don't sit at that table alone.
When someone has died and arrangements need to be made now, I'll help you prepare for the decisions ahead and accompany you to the funeral-home arrangement conference as an experienced, independent presence.

What's Included:

  • One preparation conversation.

  • One in-person funeral-home arrangement conference, up to two hours.

  • One brief follow-up.

Standard service area is Riverside and San Diego Counties.

Additional onsite time beyond two hours is billed at $125 per hour.

Additional meetings or broader post-death support are scoped separately.

First 30 Days After a Death  — $995

Know what needs attention now, what comes next, and what can wait.

After the funeral, families are often left staring at paperwork, belongings, notifications and decisions with no idea where to begin. Together, we'll organize those first 30 days into a manageable path forward.

NOW — What actually needs attention first?
Immediate matters that are time-sensitive or creating the most pressure. The goal is:
“These are the few things I need to focus on right now.”

NEXT — What needs attention soon, but not today?
Once the immediate pressure is handled, what should move onto the family's radar? The goal is:
“I know what's coming, so it isn't going to surprise me.”

LATER — What can safely come off my mental list for now?
Things that may matter eventually but don't deserve the family's energy yet. The goal is:
“I have permission to stop worrying about this today.”

What's Included:

  • An opening after-death conversation, up to 90 minutes.

  • A personalized First 30 Days Roadmap, organized as Now, Next, and Later.

  • Two follow-up conversations, up to 45 minutes each.

  • Reasonable email and text clarification during the 30-day engagement.

  • Resource and professional referrals.

The family carries out the tasks. Diana provides guidance and organization

rather than estate administration or done-for-you execution.

Executor Guidance  — $1,495 / 60 Days

Carry the responsibility of being executor without having to figure out every next step by yourself.

Being named executor can leave you responsible for a process you've never handled before—often while you're grieving.

I help you understand what's in front of you, get organized, prepare for conversations with the appropriate professionals, and create a clearer path for the steps you need to take.

You remain the executor. I help you navigate the process more clearly.

A Clearer Way Through the Process

Understand — Get oriented to what's in front of you and identify the questions that need answers.

Organize — Bring the information, questions and next steps into a manageable structure.

Prepare — Get ready for conversations with attorneys, CPAs, financial institutions and other appropriate professionals.

Act — Take the next appropriate steps with greater clarity, knowing you have guidance along the way.

What's Included:

  • An opening conversation, up to 90 minutes.

  • A personalized Executor Action Map.

  • Three follow-up conversations, up to 45 minutes each.

  • Reasonable clarification support during the engagement.

  • Preparation for conversations with attorneys, accountants, financial institutions, and other appropriate professionals.

  • California Notary Services: When needed, up to three eligible notarizations are included during your 60-day Executor Guidance engagement. Notary services are available in California only.

Executor Guidance does not include serving as executor, co-executor, personal representative or fiduciary; managing estate funds or accounts; completing or interpreting legal documents; making distributions or valuations; or providing legal, tax or financial advice.

Seasons of Healing™ Sacred Circle  — $997 Virtual / $1,297 Live

You have named what you've lost. Now begin discovering how to carry it without losing yourself with it.

Sacred Circle is a small, guided journey for women who are ready to explore what they have lost, honor what mattered, reconnect with who they are becoming, and carry the meaning of their experience forward.

  • Four immersive sessions, approximately two and a half hours each, spaced two to three weeks apart.

  • The Seasons of Healing™ framework: guided reflection, journaling, creative expression, ritual, and optional sharing.

  • A Sacred Art Kit, including two canvases per session, four workbooks, and materials for the closing legacy ceremony.

A guided, intimate group journey for 6–8 women.

Seasons of Healing™ Private Mentorship  — $4,227 / 4 Months

Move through your loss in a way that has room for your story, your pace and what you need most.

For women who want the Seasons of Healing™ journey but need greater privacy, personalization or flexibility than a group setting provides.

  • Eight private 90-minute sessions.

  • Personalized grief mapping, custom ritual design, and identity and legacy work.

  • Individualized pacing through the Seasons.

  • Between-session message support, with a two-business-day response boundary during business hours.

Private Mentorship is a different way to experience the work, not a step up from Sacred Circle.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

  • Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Messages after hours, on weekends, or on holidays are answered the next business day.

  • Camba Concierge is not an emergency-response service. Medical or safety emergencies should go first to 911 or the appropriate provider.

  • Diana does not replace a licensed legal, medical, financial, or mental-health professional. When a question touches that territory, she will point you toward one.

  • Not every person experiencing grief is the right fit for Seasons of Healing™. Needs that call for clinical mental-health treatment are referred to an appropriately licensed professional.
